a Senior Vice President, I was responsible for running one Marsh &
McLennan's business units/practices. I
ran a software company that created and marketed enterprise risk management
information systems and a variety of information services.
My responsibilities included managing growth of the business including
overseeing a team of over 135 professionals comprised of project managers,
programmers, quality assurance, technical writers, data processing, sales,
business consultants, and customer service representatives.
I was responsible for working with board of directors to establish goals
